職務内容
- Booking & Coordination of Ocean export shipments.
- Handle full sets of sea freight shipping documentation including BL, COO, DG declaration
- Coordinate with carriers/co-loader make bookings, submit SI and Payment arrangements.
- Manage day-to-day operations & transactions.
- Liaise with vendors & customers /transporter on timely collections and/or delivery of cargoes/shipments/container.
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
- Min 1 year experience in freight forwarding & Ocean freight will be an advantage
- Good team player with the ability to work independently
- Knowledge of Microsoft applications (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- Able to start work with short notice preferred.
