Seafreight Operations Officer

• Booking & Coordination of Ocean export shipments.
• Handle full sets of sea freight shipping documentation including BL, COO, DG declaration 
• Coordinate with carriers/co-loader make bookings, submit SI and Payment arrangements.
• Manage day-to-day operations & transactions.
• Liaise with vendors & customers /transporter on timely collections and/or delivery of cargoes/shipments/container.
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Job Requirements

• Min 1 year experience in freight forwarding & Ocean freight will be an advantage
• Good team player with the ability to work independently
• Knowledge of Microsoft applications (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
• Able to start work with short notice preferred.
