JOB SCOPE

Job Responsibilities

• Maintain the flower freshness in all displays and arrangements.
• Receive deliveries and ensure that they meet the required standards.
• Ensure that all requisitions and deliveries are made timely.
• Ensure that supplies in the workshop are fresh and well-presented.
• Assist the Supervisor and Manager in preparing floral arrangements and hampers.
• Assist the Supervisor and Manager in the planning of orders, in a cost-efficient way without compromising on quality.
• Support and follow through with implementation of new flower arrangements.
• Assist with daily ordering of supplies and financial report.
• Assign duties to Guest Service Agents and Designers when required.
• Provide training when required.
• Any other job-related duties as assigned.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

Education & Certification

• Minimum secondary school education.

Experience

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
• Relevant experience in a similar capacity and environment preferred.
