JOB SCOPE
Job Responsibilities
- Maintain the flower freshness in all displays and arrangements.
- Receive deliveries and ensure that they meet the required standards.
- Ensure that all requisitions and deliveries are made timely.
- Ensure that supplies in the workshop are fresh and well-presented.
- Assist the Supervisor and Manager in preparing floral arrangements and hampers.
- Assist the Supervisor and Manager in the planning of orders, in a cost-efficient way without compromising on quality.
- Support and follow through with implementation of new flower arrangements.
- Assist with daily ordering of supplies and financial report.
- Assign duties to Guest Service Agents and Designers when required.
- Provide training when required.
- Any other job-related duties as assigned.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Education & Certification
- Minimum secondary school education.
Experience
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
- Relevant experience in a similar capacity and environment preferred.
