Managing Director, Asia-Pacific Corporate Banking Department

Your key roles & responsibilities include: 

• Managing Banking COO Office including the planning and administration function.
• Responsible for department and regional level planning.
• Monitor department and regional performance and control budget expense.
• Responsible for control and coordination of general affairs and administration matters.
• In charge of general legal and compliance matters in the department.
• Preparing and submitting Management level reports in mainly in English language.

What you should have: 

• A Bachelor’s Degree.
• At least 20 years of total banking experience, of which at least 4 years in planning and administration, and have working experience overseas (excluding Singapore and Japan).
• Highly motivated and able to work independently, able to communicate effectively and interact confidently across all levels.
• Strong understanding and affiliation to Japanese financial industry with relevant network will be advantageous.
• Business-level proficiency in English must be essential because it is expected that the incumbent will be able to read and understand documents as well as to respond & communicate in a professional manner.
