Your key roles & responsibilities include:
- Managing Banking COO Office including the planning and administration function.
- Responsible for department and regional level planning.
- Monitor department and regional performance and control budget expense.
- Responsible for control and coordination of general affairs and administration matters.
- In charge of general legal and compliance matters in the department.
- Preparing and submitting Management level reports in mainly in English language.
What you should have:
- A Bachelor’s Degree.
- At least 20 years of total banking experience, of which at least 4 years in planning and administration, and have working experience overseas (excluding Singapore and Japan).
- Highly motivated and able to work independently, able to communicate effectively and interact confidently across all levels.
- Strong understanding and affiliation to Japanese financial industry with relevant network will be advantageous.
- Business-level proficiency in English must be essential because it is expected that the incumbent will be able to read and understand documents as well as to respond & communicate in a professional manner.
