Lean Six Sigma (Yellow Belt & Green Belt) Course Developer/ Subject Matter Expert

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Course Developer/ Subject Matter Expert to customise and/or deliver certified Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt and Green Belt programmes.

• Develop and/or conduct tailored training sessions for certified Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt and Green Belt programmes.
• Adapt and customise training materials (slides, case studies and assessments) to align with client operational contexts.
• Contextualise DMAIC tools and techniques to industry-specific operations.
• Ensure all materials and training delivery align with WSQ curriculum standards and compliance requirements.

Job Requirement

• Relevant certification in the field of Learning & Development such as ACLP/ACTA/DACE/DDDLP.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification awarded by a recognised professional body or institution is required.
• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification awarded by a recognised professional body or institution is preferred for Green Belt programme delivery.
• Relevant industry experience in process improvement and operational excellence.
• Minimum 2 years of working experience in the Advanced Manufacturing sector.
• Prior experience in delivering adult training or corporate learning programmes is strongly preferred.
