Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Course Developer/ Subject Matter Expert to customise and/or deliver certified Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt and Green Belt programmes.

Develop and/or conduct tailored training sessions for certified Lean Six Sigma Yellow Belt and Green Belt programmes.
Adapt and customise training materials (slides, case studies and assessments) to align with client operational contexts.
Contextualise DMAIC tools and techniques to industry-specific operations.
Ensure all materials and training delivery align with WSQ curriculum standards and compliance requirements.

Job Requirement

Relevant certification in the field of Learning & Development such as ACLP/ACTA/DACE/DDDLP.
Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification awarded by a recognised professional body or institution is required.
Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification awarded by a recognised professional body or institution is preferred for Green Belt programme delivery.
Relevant industry experience in process improvement and operational excellence.
Minimum 2 years of working experience in the Advanced Manufacturing sector.
Prior experience in delivering adult training or corporate learning programmes is strongly preferred.
