Job Summary

As a Finance Executive, you will play a key role in supporting the company’s financial operations and reporting. You will work closely with internal teams, external stakeholders, and directly report to the Head of Finance.

Responsibilities

  • Process supplier invoices with accuracy and completeness, ensuring compliance with internal approval protocols
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain efficient Accounts Payable operations
  • Respond to supplier queries professionally and promptly to maintain strong vendor relationships
  • Process staff claims using the E-Claim portal and perform accurate data entry in the Xero Accounting System
  • Support month-end closing activities by preparing manual journal entries, prepayments, and accruals
  • Perform balance sheet reconciliations and coordinate with auditors during annual external audits
  • Assist in managing stakeholder relationships and coordinate with Corporate Secretarial on share-related matters
  • Prepare and compile quarterly investor reports to support investor relations activities
  • Undertake ad-hoc finance duties as assigned to support business needs
  • Optionally expand responsibilities to include Accounts Receivable (AR) and Fixed Asset Management

Preferred competencies and qualifications

  • Proficiency in Xero Accounting System to enhance financial data management
  • Minimum Degree in Accountancy or equivalent relevant qualifications
  • At least 3 years of relevant finance experience demonstrating adaptability and technical competence
  • Strong attention to detail and meticulous approach to financial processes
  • Positive work attitude with initiative and motivation to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment
