Role Overview
As a Business Analyst, you will be responsible for analyzing business needs and translating them into effective technology and process solutions. You will partner closely with stakeholders to assess current-state processes, identify gaps, and define future-state solutions aligned with business objectives and Oracle Cloud capabilities.
You will play a key role across the end-to-end implementation lifecycle, from requirements gathering through to deployment, ensuring solutions are scalable, practical, and aligned with business needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and facilitate requirements gathering workshops to ensure clear understanding and stakeholder alignment
- Analyze current business processes, identify gaps, and define future-state solutions
- Develop clear and comprehensive business and functional requirement documentation
- Translate business needs into functional specifications for technical teams
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions that improve operational efficiency
- Utilize data analysis and insights to support decision-making and solution design
- Support end-to-end project lifecycle, including testing, deployment, and post-go-live support
- Continuously review and refine processes to adapt to evolving business needs
Skill Set & Experience
Core Skills
- Strong experience in Oracle Cloud system implementation, covering full project lifecycle
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to address complex business challenges
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills (written and verbal)
Good-to-Have Skills
- Basic project management capabilities (planning, scoping, timelines, risk and dependency tracking)
- Strong collaboration and teamwork, with ability to work in cross-functional environments
- Experience in data analysis and business process improvement
Experience & Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst in Oracle Cloud implementations
- Strong knowledge of Requirements Analysis and Business Process Design
- Familiarity with business process analysis tools and methodologies
- Experience in a client-facing or consulting environment is preferred
