Senior IT Support Manager

About the Role

As an Oracle SOA OSB Developer, you will be responsible for designing, building, and supporting enterprise integration solutions that enable seamless communication between complex systems. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to translate business requirements into reliable, scalable middleware solutions while ensuring adherence to engineering best practices.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, build, and configure integration applications using Oracle SOA and Oracle Service Bus (OSB)

• Develop and maintain OSB proxy and business services to integrate multiple end systems

• Implement message transformations using XQuery and XSLT within OSB pipelines

• Configure and utilize Database, JMS, File, and FTP adapters to support diverse integration scenarios

• Apply OSB communication actions such as publish, dynamic publish, routing, service callouts, and transport headers

• Collaborate with functional and technical stakeholders to analyze requirements and propose effective solutions

• Participate in code reviews to ensure alignment with industry standards and best practices

• Provide technical support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution for deployed integrations

• Develop and maintain clear technical documentation for integration designs and implementations

Required Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with Oracle SOA Suite and Oracle Service Bus (OSB)

• Strong experience developing OSB proxies, pipelines, and transformations

• Solid understanding of enterprise integration patterns and middleware architecture

• Experience working with adapters such as Database, JMS, File, and FTP

• Proficiency in XQuery, XSLT, and XML-based integrations

• Strong understanding of software engineering principles and best practices

• Experience in technical documentation and structured code reviews

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to complex system-to-system integrations in enterprise environments

• Experience supporting production systems and handling integration incidents

• Familiarity with performance tuning and troubleshooting in SOA/OSB environments
