Job Responsibilities
Project Manager:
- Program and project governance, stakeholder management, status reporting
- Risk, issue and change management
- Schedule management
- Understanding of Agile and Waterfall delivery methodologies
- Strong communication, facilitation skills
SAP FICO Consultant:
- SAP FI (GL, AP, AR, AA) and SAP CO (Cost Center Accounting, Profitability Analysis, Internal Orders) configuration and design
- S/4HANA experience and knowledge of Finance data conversion/cutover activities
- Month-end / period-close processes, financial posting rules, and compliance considerations
- Solution design, functional specs, testing (unit/integration/UAT), and post-go-live support
- Experiences on Central Finance preferred
- Integration with MM/SD and interfacing (IDocs/BAPIs); experience working with technical teams/ABAP resources preferred
Requirements
- 5+ years in project/program management, with experience of leading medium-to-large IT or ERP projects
- 5+ years working as an SAP FICO consultant, including at least 1–2 full life-cycle implementations or S/4HANA projects
- Delivering cross-functional initiatives
- Relevant certification preferred (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent)
- Experience with global rollouts or multi-country deployments is a plus
