Job Summary:
This is a project management role which will be responsible to oversee and manage the end-to-end project development cycle for all CDL’s projects.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee, coordinate, monitor and manage Consultants and Builders in the planning, designing, documentation, construction and implementation of CDL’s real estate development project.
- Responsible for end to end project management including technical assessment, budget and control, evaluation of tenders.
- Put together design briefs for projects, including Architectural Design, Façade Design, Landscape Design, Interior Design, Lighting Design, Sustainability design etc.
- Conduct RFPs to engage consultants for the project.
- Work with consultants to develop, modify and review design concept, drawings, specifications, and construction documents according to in-house standards and technical requirements
- Manage the consultants in the production of Tender drawings and drafting of specifications and facilitate in the project procurement process.
- To ensure organizational objectives and maintain industry leadership in innovation, product quality, service standards, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
- Lead a team of consultants and contractors to meet established targets.
Requirements:
- Degree in Architecture, Building or Electrical/Mechanical/Structural Engineering
- Minimum 10 years’ relevant experience in a medium to large firm within the property development industry and preferably with good architectural design management experience
- Proven track record of handling design, procurement and construction of residential projects.
- Strong verbal and writing skills
- Good team player with the ability to work independently
