Job Description
This position reports to Operation Project Management Team Lead and interacts with Regional Product, Technology and Operation teams. Main responsibility covers change management and to ensure quality deliverables within project timeline. The role will have opportunity to participate in DocAI initiatives where we leverage the tool to reduce manual toil from day-to-day operational activities.

Responsibilities
Analyze and document business requirements for the Fund Services Project, ensuring alignment with regional and global operational standards and processes
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, to design and implement solutions that enhance operational efficiency and client experience
Develop and maintain process documentation, user guides, and training materials to support the implementation and ongoing management of the Fund Services Project
Provide subject matter expertise and support to the regional Securities & Fiduciary Services Operations team, addressing operational challenges and driving continuous improvement
Participate in the testing and validation of system enhancements and new product offerings, ensuring seamless integration with existing processes
Analyze data, identify trends, and provide recommendations to optimize operational performance and mitigate risks
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role within the financial services industry, preferably in a project management or business analysis capacity
Strong understanding of fund administration, securities processing, and fiduciary services operations
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex business requirements into technical solutions
Proficient in project management methodologies and tools, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively
Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
Adaptable to change and able to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
