Operation Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Drive programme execution aligned to business strategy

• Establish and maintain governance, risk, and reporting frameworks

• Oversee budgets, financial forecasting, and KPI tracking

• Manage resource capacity planning and cross-project dependencies

• Provide consolidated status updates to senior leadership

• Lead project lifecycle management from initiation to closure

• Facilitate change management and benefits realisation

• Build strong stakeholder relationships and motivate delivery teams

Requirements

• Proven track record managing full project/programme lifecycles

• Experience leading cross-functional teams (5–25 members)

• Strong knowledge of Agile or hybrid project methodologies

• Experience in programme-level financial and risk management

• Proficiency in MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint

• Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
