The GrabRentals and GrabCab team houses its own strategy, partner management, and productivity functions. It also handles pricing and product design, sales, marketing, operations, and other functions. Additionally, the team works very closely with other teams in Grab, spanning business, operations, tech, and analytics.

We provide sustainable access to high-quality vehicles for hirer-partners. This enables them to earn income on the Grab platform without vehicle ownership. At the same time, it ensures a steady supply of vehicles for the Grab marketplace.

Get to Know the Role

In this pivotal role, you will support the growth of our businesses by planning and closing high-impact deals and partnerships. You will be responsible for strategic planning, leveraging data insights, and collaborating cross-functionally with multiple stakeholders across Grab.

Your focus will be on growing new advertising revenue streams, initiating strategic partnerships, and building strong relationships with partners. A passion for engaging with partners and driving mutual success is essential.

You will report to the Marketing & Partnerships Manager, and report onsite at Singapore Grab office.

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

  • Develop and present compelling business proposals, managing the entire deal process including pitching, contracting, and execution.
  • Build and maintain robust relationships with internal and external partners, using data-backed insights to guide negotiations.
  • Conduct competitor analysis to identify new growth opportunities and expansion areas in the partnership landscape.
  • Identify and grow new advertising revenue streams through fleet ads, focusing on strategic forecasting and revenue projection.
  • Drive the strategic growth of the corporate booking stream by utilizing pricing strategies and supply-demand projections.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (business, product, operations, marketing) and external partners to deliver projects within tight timelines.
  • Plan and manage event sponsorships to ensure successful execution and achievement of strategic goals.

Qualifications

What Essential Skills You Will Need

  • Minimum 1-3 years of partnerships, business development, strategy (or other relevant areas) experience, with a proven track record of driving growth and managing complex partnerships.
  • Conduct review and optimization of existing partnership policies and processes while supporting the planning and execution of new partnership strategies.
  • Have experience with data and numbers, using it to lead decision-making and optimize partnership strategies.
  • Exhibit meticulous attention to detail in all aspects of partnership development and management.
  • Possess excellent speaking and presentation skills to effectively pitch partnership opportunities and benefits.
