Business Analyst / Financial Analyst

Core Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain productive stakeholder relationships across Tech and Business Units.
• Perform budgeting and budgeting analysis for the Technology department with inputs from both Tech and Business stakeholders.
• Participate in Service Review meetings with Business Units focusing on Tech finance performance.
• Drive and support cost optimization initiatives across the Technology function.

Experience& Requirements

• Minimum 8+ years of experience in Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A).
• Strong understanding of core finance processes, including:
• Record to Report (R2R)
• Procure to Pay (P2P)
• Order to Cash (O2C)
• Reporting & Analysis
• Ability to handle complexity and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proven experience in:
• Financial planning and strategy
• Supporting Finance and/or Procurement functions
• Hands-on, proactive, and self-driven approach, with ability to thrive in fast-paced environments.
