Description

  • Perform data processing, transactions, and updates in KWE’s WMS (warehouse management system) and/or customer’s system.
  • Communicate with our customers via email and phone calls on daily operational matters.
  • Verify the billing summaries with supporting operational documents prior to customers and customer requirements.
  • Coordinate with the Operations team to arrange inbound and outbound activities within required timelines.
  • Provide immediate reporting to the direct superior on any irregularities, discrepancies, or customer escalations.
  • Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Management/Manager from time to time.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 to 3 years of working experience as a Warehouse Customer Service Officer in same industry.
  • Basic knowledge and hands-on experience with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) and related documentation processes and SAP.
  • Proficient in English (spoken, written, and reading) for communication with customers and appointed vendors.
  • Experience handling documentation such as operational checklists, temperature and RH reports, and compliance records.
  • Able to compile and submit periodic KPI reports accurately.
  • Capable of verifying billing reports against operational records and service agreements.
