Job Description

We are seeking two post-doctoral candidates for research in the area of food and maritime supply chain resilience analysis. The responsibilities are as follows:

(1)    Develop resilience models for complex food and maritime supply chain systems considering disruptions and climate changes 
(2)    Develop statistical inference techniques to analyze sea shipment network flow data and disruption data
(3)    Draft and submission of technical progress reports at regular intervals
(4)    Present of research progress and latest findings at regular intervals
(5)    Publish of quality research journal articles and conference proceedings to disseminate research findings internationally  

Job Requirements

(1)    Applicants should have a PhD degree in industrial engineering or other relevant areas.
(2)    A strong publication record in the area of resilience engineering.
(3)    Good at programming using Python, R, Matlab or Mathematica. 
(4)    Good English writing skills.
