Responsibilities
- Working with the Consumer & Retail (C&R) and Healthcare sectors within Investment Banking
- Conducting market and industry research across C&R sub-sectors;
- Organizing and preparing marketing materials, presentations and assisting in client relationship management;
- Assisting in legal documentation, due diligence and liaising with internal and external stakeholders;
- Building financial models and developing other valuation work including comparable companies’ analysis, precedent transactions, etc.
- Running various financial analyses including e.g. proforma analysis, returns analysis, AVPs, etc.
Requirements
- Minimum of 1 year of Investment Banking experience in Consumer & Retail, with a focus on the Beverage, Grocery Retail and Ingredients sub-sectors, including cross-border M&A transactions involving global multi-national companies
- Minimum of 1 year of Investment Banking experience across South East Asia (in particular Philippines, Indonesia and Vietnam) and India regions;
- Minimum of 1 year of track record in M&A transactions, with further experience in IPOs and Financing transactions strongly preferable;
- Advanced financial modelling and financial analytical skills;
- Strong written and verbal communication skills;
- Good presentation skills;
- The ability to excel under pressure amid demanding deadlines;
- A strong sense of personal integrity and teamwork;
- A high level of energy and a keen desire to learn new concepts;
- Fluency in English is required;
