Job Description
- Full spectrum of payroll processing for about 450 employees for 2 cycle runs per month using BIPO system
- Tabulate the costs for secondment staff for finance billing
- Check and prepare overtime payment staff to be paid on 14th of the following month
- FWL cost allocation and adjustment (waiver)
- CPF submission for entities via CrimsonLogin and CPF website
- Prepare payroll general journals to upload into accounting system (Crimso) for monthly accounting and month end closing
- Checking all the flexible benefit claims provided by HR to process and pay on end month
- Upload Assist Rider and MSO upon receiving updates from HR into the payroll system
- Ad-hoc items like submission of government paid claims, MOM survey or WICA claim for HR, new join, and resigned staff salaries
- Prepare monthly headcount report for HR team
- Assist to input incentives, allowances, and deductions into payroll system
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the HOD/Reporting Officer
Requirements
- Minimum Diploma in Accounting or a related field
- Minimum 2 years of payroll experience
- Knowledge with BIPO system will be an added advantage
- High level of accuracy, strong analytical ability and excellent attention to detail
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Able to work under pressure
