This role leads the roadmap for Razer’s PC gaming keyboard portfolio, with a strong focus on driving innovation, product evolution, and market relevance. The successful candidate will translate deep gamer insights into clear product specifications, champion the user experience, and work cross-functionally to bring high-performance products to market. Ideal candidates are experienced product leaders with a passion for PC gaming across a variety of genres — a strong technical background in electronics or mechanical engineering, 3+ years of product management experience, and proven ability to drive results in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
Responsibilities
Serve as the subject matter expert for one of Razer’s PC Gaming peripherals categories, driving the global product roadmap and long-term category vision
Lead the development of product strategies by leveraging deep market insights, competitive benchmarking, and evolving user needs to ensure sustained category growth and relevance
Oversee the full product lifecycle — from ideation and feature evolution to phase-out planning — ensuring the portfolio remains competitive, innovative, and aligned with brand objectives
Champion the voice of the gamer, translating user feedback and market trends into compelling product requirements, defining the Product Requirement Specifications (PRS) and end-to-end user experience for each product
Act as the central product lead, collaborating closely with Engineering, Industrial Design, UX/UI, Marketing, and Quality teams to bring high-impact products to market on time and on budget
Drive internal alignment and influence cross-functional stakeholders to deliver premium user experiences that reflect Razer’s brand and performance standards
Pre-Requisites :
Passionate gamer with a deep understanding of PC gaming culture — able to intuitively anticipate gamer needs and preferences
Degree in Engineering, Product Design, or related technical discipline, with at least 3 years of experience in end-to-end product management
Prior experience managing high-performance hardware or gaming peripherals (e.g. mice, keyboards, accessories) is a strong advantage
A curious, data-informed mindset with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into user-centric solutions
Strong business acumen and analytical thinking to prioritize features, assess trade-offs, and make sound, data-driven product decisions
Excellent communication and presentation skills — able to influence across all levels, from engineering teams to senior leadership
Comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with the agility to adapt to changing priorities and evolving business needs
