Senior Business Analyst, Fintech Strategy, Group President’s Strategy Office

Responsibilities:

• Develop strategic initiatives, from early idea to experimentation, and align resources across Monee, Shopee, and other group organizations.

• Own key workstreams such as financial, lending performance analysis, mechanism designs, customer segmentation, market sizing, or others. 

• Build financial models and forecasting tools to support new initiatives and business cases.

• Conduct market research and competitor benchmarking across broad fintech spaces. 

• Translate complex data into insights and communicate them to senior stakeholders

• Collaborate across functions, including product, risk, operations, marketing, and finance

• Prepare executive materials for high-level forums such as board meetings and business reviews

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in any discipline.

• A minimum of 1 year of full-time strategy working experience in a top-tier strategy consulting firm.

• Passion for fintech, and a genuine curiosity to get to the root of the issues.

• Proven track record in complex problem solving, qualitatively and quantitatively.

• Clear, structured communicator with stakeholder and project management experience.

• Self-starter comfortable with change and ambiguity; high ownership and bias for action.
