Country Success Manager
Purpose
The Country Success Manager ensures that the Siemens goals and objectives are aligned within the Zone and across the responsible LCB’s. This requires managing and orchestration of tasks from BU Headquarters towards regions and developing and executing the business plan & breakdown into TPEs for the country. Responsibilities of the country success manager involve supporting budget and forecast planning & monitoring for the regions and establishing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders such as customers and partners. They orchestrate portfolio priorities, country strategies, pricing operations between Zone & the responsible LCB’s. Additionally, they are responsible for identifying and resolving any issues or challenges that may arise in the LCB’s as well as reporting and communicating progress, performance and feedback to Domain and Zone management.

1. Business Planning & Monitoring
- Develop and implement a clear and effective country strategy aligned with the company’s global objectives.
- Development of target agreement, masterplan and country strategy
- Supporting business mix breakdown during budget planning and forecasting to LCBs
- Identify and mitigate potential risks and challenges that may impact business operations.
2. Country Development
- Cooperate with the regions in conducting regular operational performance reviews and provide coaching and guidance for responsible LCBs.
- Special assignments in case of crisis-scenarios or turnaround situation of respective countries
- Support to define & drive Sales in assigned countries and support local organization to win Market share
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with all local laws and regulations, as well as company policies and processes.
3. Market intelligence
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics, financial indicators, and market data to track progress towards goals and make data-driven decisions.
- Market analysis for assigned LCB’s to identify business opportunities, to provide input on potential new markets and CMM
- Identify market trends and competitor activities to develop strategies for market growth.
4. Customer & market feedback
- Drive and actively join global sales communities within Zones and regions
- Share consolidated customer and market feedback as well as product requirements with BUs and responsible Sales functions
- Provide insights on portfolio specific pipeline performance in the regions
- Support escalation process by logistics and quality issues on Zone and LCB level
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
5. Sales internal interface
- Establish and maintain relationships with DI Sales, Top Customers & Partners and local authorities
- Provide sales country input for marketing
- Monitor focus initiatives to Sales Acceleration on LCB level
- Close collaboration and alignment to other sales activities in Zone and Regions (Verticals/Sales Enablement/Business Excellence/Inside Sales).
6. Mentoring & Leadership
- Provide advice and coaching to Sales Domain Management and Sales Acceleration team
- Establishes and drives a culture of excellence, innovation, and continuous learning
- Communicate and share best practices and lessons learnt across Zones and LCBs to promote shared success and improvement.
