About the Role

The Technology Innovation Consultant will play acritical role in bridging cybersecurity R&D outputs with commercialsuccess. This includes validating customer cybersecurity pain points andoverseeing the productization of cyber innovations. This role focuses onengaging stakeholders to ensure innovations address real customer needs, whilealso overseeing the productization process to bring innovations from concept tomarket readiness. The position requires strong collaboration skills, commercialawareness, and the ability to design governance frameworks that supportscalable, usable, and profitable innovation outcomes.

JobDescription/Responsibilities

• Engage customers to validate cybersecurity challenges and requirements
• Develop governance frameworks to ensure cybersecurity R&D outputs are secure, scalable, and profitable
• Support the transition of innovative concepts into market-ready products and services by identifying barriers, risks, and opportunities
• Gather insights from customer engagements to inform design, development, and refinement of R&D outcomes
• Partner with product, engineering, and business units to align innovation initiatives with commercialization pathways
• Define and monitor metrics that measure the effectiveness and success of productization and innovation governance
• Recommend enhancements to processes, tools, and frameworks to strengthen the innovation-to-market pipeline

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in technology innovation, product management, or strategy roles
• Proven track record in productization of cybersecurity solutions or services
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills
• Ability to work effectively across diverse teams and manage multiple initiatives

PreferredExperience (if any)

• Experience in R&D-driven or high-tech industries
• Familiarity with design thinking, product lifecycle management, and innovation maturity models
• Strong financial and business acumen, with the ability to assess profitability and scalability of innovation initiatives
