Technical Sales Executive

Job Description:

• Perform the role as a Parts Sales Manager
• Engage customers on spares parts matters
• Collaborate with supporting functions across Business Units to fulfil customers on spares requirement
• Monitor and manage spares dues-out and ensure timely spares fulfilment and provisioning of spares parts
• Develop and implement strategies to achieve contractual and performance targets
• Build and maintain Customer relationships to enhance customer satisfaction

Job Requirements:

• Degree in any engineering field
• Field experience and knowledge in military vehicles will be an added advantage
• Good organization, communication and presentation skills
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and work cross functionally across departments
• Proficiency in MS office suite (excel, PowerPoint, Word); knowledge of SAP will be an added advantage
