Job Summary
You will assist customers in choosing StarHub’s products and services, clearly explain promotional and service packages, respond promptly to customer requests and feedback, and maintain the retail store’s cleanliness and order.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers in the selection of company's products and services
- Introduce and explain the various promotional and service packages available
- Attend to customers' requests and feedback in the most efficient and service-oriented manner
- Assist with housekeeping duties in the retail store
Requirements:
- Ability to work retail shift hours including weekends and public holidays
- Commitment to a 5-day workweek based on roster
- GCE ‘A’ / ‘O’ / 'N' level with minimum 1-year related working experience
- Proficiency in navigating sales and service IT systems
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with customers
