Business Analyst

· Bachelor's degree in Business, Psychology, Organisational Development, or related field

·  5-8 years experience in change management, organisational development, or transformation roles

·  Demonstrated experience in designing and delivering capability building programmes

· Strong facilitation and stakeholder engagement skills across diverse organisational contexts

· Experience working in complex, multi-stakeholder environments (government/public sector preferred)

·   Understanding of digital transformation challenges and agile operating models
