Software Developer

· Hands-on experience in full software development lifecycle activities including requirement analysis, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.

· Demonstrate solid programming expertise of at 3 years in Java and/or Kotlin with the ability to build scalable, secure, and high-performance backend applications.

· Develop modern user interfaces using frontend technologies such as React, ensuring responsive design and an enhanced user experience.

· Analyze complex technical problems, perform root cause analysis, and deliver effective troubleshooting solutions in production environments.

· Design system architecture, implement technical solutions, and conduct thorough code reviews to maintain coding standards and application quality.

· Work independently in providing production support, incident resolution, system enhancements, and continuous performance optimization.

· Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams including product managers, QA engineers, DevOps engineers, and business stakeholders.

· Apply Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban, actively participating in sprint planning, daily stand-ups, backlog refinement, and retrospectives.

· Demonstrate strong learning agility, adaptability to evolving technologies, and commitment to continuous improvement and innovation in software development practices.
