Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring consistent service quality and satisfaction.
- Identify, pursue, and secure new clients across the private and public sectors, including government agencies.
- Understand client project requirements and propose suitable manpower solutions — from software developers to PMs and BAs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to expand accounts through upselling and cross-selling IT manpower or project-based services.
- Support the implementation of business development strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue goals.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry demands to identify growth opportunities.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and presentations; manage contract discussions with clients.
- Maintain accurate client and sales data in CRM systems and report progress to management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or any related field.
- At least 3–5 years of experience in business development or account management within the IT outsourcing, staffing, or consulting industry.
- Strong understanding of IT manpower outsourcing, including software development, project management, and business analysis roles.
- Proven experience handling both commercial and public sector.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Results-driven, resourceful, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
