Data Analytics Developer (Programme Insights – PathFin.ai Programme)

Responsibilities:

• Building and maintaining comprehensive data analytics capabilities for the PathFin.ai Programme to generate actionable insights
• Developing analytics frameworks to track participant engagement, AI adoption trends, and Programme effectiveness metrics
• Creating interactive dashboards for Programme monitoring, stakeholder reporting, and strategic decision-making
• Identifying potential leads and opportunities for Programme expansion based on data analysis
• Generating automated reports on platform usage patterns, event attendance, and knowledge contribution rates
• Providing data-driven recommendations to support Programme growth, participant satisfaction, and operational efficiency

Requirements:

• 5 years of experience in data analytics or similar roles
• Experience with dashboards and reporting
• Build and manage data systems to track Programme performance
• Analyze data to find useful insights (e.g. user activity, trends)
• Create dashboards for reporting and decision-making
• Generate automated reports (usage, events, engagement)
• Identify growth opportunities using data

Skills needed:

• Data analysis (SQL, Excel, Python or similar)
• Dash board tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
