Job Summary

Deployment Analyst responsible for tracking and coordinating pre-cutover and cutover night activities to ensure smooth project rollout and implementation.

Responsibilities

• Draft and update the Cutover Plan Level 1 (Cutover Sequence document) for rollout entities to ensure clear sequencing of activities
• Draft, update, and track the Cutover Master Plan (Levels 2 and 3) documenting all pre-cutover activities for comprehensive oversight
• Draft and update documentation for Cutover Night activities to maintain accurate and current records
• Track Cutover Night activities during roster shifts and update status to ensure real-time monitoring and issue resolution
• Assist in developing the Cutover Night roster plan to optimize resource allocation and coverage
• Manage identified pre-cutover activities including Data Collection Template (DCT) collection, coordinating Technical Dress Rehearsal (TDR) execution, and overseeing Revalidation (RVE) testing coordination to ensure readiness

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Exposure to end-to-end project implementation, preferably in SAP environments, to support deployment processes
• Experience with PMO or deployment-related activities to facilitate project coordination
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint to create and manage project documentation and presentations
