Job Summary

Support the Project Manager in delivering digital medical solutions, including electronic medical records and lightweight backup systems, to enhance organizational healthcare functions.

Responsibilities

• Validate proposed technical solutions within the development team to ensure alignment with project goals
• Collaborate with cross-functional and technical teams to execute software quality assurance and testing activities, ensuring high-quality software delivery
• Contribute to project planning by providing technical insights and timelines to support effective project execution
• Partner with stakeholders to identify, analyze, and resolve complex technical and operational problems

Required competencies and certifications

• Degree in IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years of experience in software development and support
• Strong knowledge of software development life cycle, demonstrated by completing at least two full SDLC projects involving system integration and/or AI augmentation tools
• Experience implementing Agile methodologies
• Foundational knowledge in database technologies, web application technologies, integration technologies, and cybersecurity
• Proficient planning, coordination, and communication skills
• Proven problem-solving ability and capacity to work independently with responsibility

• Location: Depot Road, Bukit Merah
• Working Hours: 8:30AM to 6:00PM (Mon-Fri)
• Salary: $5,500 - $7,500 with variable bonuses up to 2-3 months
• Working Arrangement: Full Onsite
