- Enhance BU management aligning with direction from HQ in Japan and maintain the relationship with key customers from Japanese bank and their system deliveries.
- Develop IT business (system integration business or any other new business) to Japanese financial institution customers continuously.
- Establish BU mid-term business plans align with IT strategy of customers from Japanese bank in APAC.
- Design own team expansion plan (functionalities and resources).
- Govern overall BU business and achieve the goals of NEC APAC mid-term business plan.
- Manage high priority IT implementation projects, collaborating with HQ in Japan and other countries within NEC Group.
- Update and report to Business Unit Head timely.
- Enhance Team member capability with effective coaching and strategic hiring.
Job Requirements:
- Degree in Commerce or equivalent.
- Minimum 10 years of IT Sales experience for Japanese financial institution.
- Minimum 10 years of IT project coordination experience for Japanese financial institution.
- Experience in IT Sales in Asia region.
- Required business development skill.
- Proven ability to work in large groups.
- Strong leadership skills to lead and motivate team members.
- Effective influencing, organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, communication skills and ability to interact with all levels.
- Experience in working with a diverse, geographically remote team.
- Strong presentation skills and ability to write professionally in both English and Japanese.
- Proficiency in the Japanese language (JLPT N1) to liaise with Japan HQ and Japanese customers.
