Senior IT Support Manager

About the Role

As an OSS Network Inventory & Planning Specialist, you will play a key role in designing, configuring, and supporting telecom network inventory, planning, and service provisioning solutions using SunVizion. You will work across OSS/BSS systems to ensure accurate network modeling, efficient service activation, and seamless integration for fiber and broadband networks.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, configure, and support SunVizion Network Inventory and Network Planning modules

• Analyze and model logical and physical network resources including fiber, cables, ducts, joints, manholes, and network trails

• Support resource data model (RDM) understanding, data migration, mapping, validation, and inventory consistency checks

• Perform end-to-end fiber network planning and design from central office to customer premises

• Generate and validate Single Line Diagrams (SLDs) and Bills of Materials (BOM) aligned with actual network connectivity

• Configure and manage service provisioning workflows including service orders, trail creation, and path assignments

• Collaborate with OSS/BSS integration teams to validate API flows, feasibility checks, order lifecycle events, and responses

• Troubleshoot network planning, provisioning, and integration issues to identify root causes and support resolution

• Coordinate with cross‑functional teams and vendors to align system configuration, design logic, and delivery timelines

Required Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with SunVizion Network Inventory and Planning modules

• Solid understanding of telecom OSS/BSS architecture for fiber and broadband networks

• Experience with GIS concepts, spatial data management, and network topology modeling

• Hands-on experience writing SQL queries, views, and stored procedures for reporting and analysis

• Good understanding of REST and SOAP API integrations and data flow troubleshooting

• Strong analytical, coordination, and technical documentation skills

• Understanding of end-to-end service order and engineering order workflows

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience supporting OSS integrations with external systems and vendors

• Exposure to automation of network design workflows and GIS-based design tools

• Leadership or team coordination experience in complex delivery environments
