Your Key Responsibilities:

✔️ Cost Estimation & Tendering

• Measure quantities of precast components (e.g., volume, reinforcement content).
• Conduct cost estimation for materials, labor, molds, transportation, and fittings.
• Prepare detailed, accurate, and competitive cost quotations for clients.

✔️ Project Coordination & Verification

• Liaise with main contractors to obtain necessary documents (drawings, specifications, etc.).
• Verify quantities for projects nearing completion and finalize project accounts.
• Prepare progress claims for ongoing projects to ensure financial clarity.

✔️ Leadership & Strategic Planning ( For Senior QS )

• Work closely with managers and engineers to optimize production processes.
• Develop costing strategies to minimize waste while maintaining accuracy.
• Decide on the best methods for presenting cost data (e.g., number of molds, vertical/horizontal casting, transportation needs).

What We’re Looking For:

🔹 Education & Experience:

• Degree in Civil Engineering with at least 3 years of relevant experience, or
• Diploma in Civil Engineering with at least 5 years of relevant experience.

🔹 Skills & Expertise:

• Strong quantity take-off skills for different precast components.
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and lead teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
