As a Senior / Quantity Surveyor, you will play a pivotal role in project cost estimation, tendering, and ensuring seamless project execution.

Your Key Responsibilities:
โ๏ธ Cost Estimation & Tendering
- Measure quantities of precast components (e.g., volume, reinforcement content).
- Conduct cost estimation for materials, labor, molds, transportation, and fittings.
- Prepare detailed, accurate, and competitive cost quotations for clients.
โ๏ธ Project Coordination & Verification
- Liaise with main contractors to obtain necessary documents (drawings, specifications, etc.).
- Verify quantities for projects nearing completion and finalize project accounts.
- Prepare progress claims for ongoing projects to ensure financial clarity.
โ๏ธ Leadership & Strategic Planning ( For Senior QS )
- Work closely with managers and engineers to optimize production processes.
- Develop costing strategies to minimize waste while maintaining accuracy.
- Decide on the best methods for presenting cost data (e.g., number of molds, vertical/horizontal casting, transportation needs).
What Weโre Looking For:
๐น Education & Experience:
- Degree in Civil Engineering with at least 3 years of relevant experience, or
- Diploma in Civil Engineering with at least 5 years of relevant experience.
๐น Skills & Expertise:
- Strong quantity take-off skills for different precast components.
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and lead teams in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Office is located in Punggol,
Company shuttle pick-up from Woodlands, Jurong & Punggol.
