Responsibilities:
- Oversee the smooth and efficient operations to maintain the high brand standards
- Develop business strategies to maximise turnover and profitability
- Develop, train and coach staff to acquire high standard of food, customer service and hygiene
- Effective use of restaurant manpower and food cost to enhance revenue
- Conduct competitor analysis and be aware of local market initiatives
- Align restaurant’s activities with company’s vision
Requirements:
- Strong leadership quality with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lead and motivate staff to achieve targets
- Minimum 3-5 years’ relevant experience with a proven track record in established restaurants
- Diverse experience in the food & beverage operations
