· Create and maximise all sales opportunities in the area of payroll accounts acquisition throughcorporate tie-ups
· Establish strong relationships with customers and theiremployees, provide a tailored personal banking package on site at workplaces
· Market, promote andsell the Bank’s entire suite of products through quality service delivery,performance excellence and risk management job typical point-of-sale is atcorporate locations and events, and job primary mode of interaction and saleswill be face to face
· Focus on deliveringresults that are mutually beneficial to all stakeholders and assist customersin achieving their financial goals
· Empanel assigned and /or self-sourced companies into the Workplace Banking portfolio with the primaryaim of onboarding company employees into the Workplace Banking programme forsalary crediting with UOB and cross-selling of other bank products
· Drive profitable AUM volume growth from existing and new customers by proactively engaging,understanding and meeting their needs with the full range of UOB retail bankingproducts
· Collaborate with Corporate Relationship Managers to introduce Workplace Banking value propositions to seniorstakeholders and key decision makers from referred corporations
· Work closely withCustomer Value Proposition Manager and Marketing Manager to customise anddesign differentiated package offerings for specific companies
· Work closely with acquisition managers and product specialists from various sales teams tomaximise overall product cross-selling at Workplace Banking events
Skills and Experience
· Minimum 3 to 5 years ofexperience in sales or sales-related role
· Able to work bothindependently and in a team setting
· Have experience in engaging C-Level stakeholders
· Great presentation and great communication skills
· Able to work understress and sales target
· Business to Businessskill sets are a plus
· Able to cold calleffectively
Education
· A recognized degree in a relevant field
