Job Description
- Perform WWW Guest Services Operations, which includes ticketing, turnstile operations, merchandise, Pickle Splash, locker and cabana operations
- Welcome guests and provide friendly, professional assistance at all guest touchpoints
- Handle guest enquiries, feedback, and complaints promptly and professionally
- Provide accurate information on park attractions, facilities, promotions, and operating hours. Proactively engage guests to enhance their overall park experience
- To perform ticketing transactions & frontline service operations where required, including provision of best deals and offers to guests and upselling Wet & Wild Premium Membership and other services
- Keep abreast of promotional activities and schemes of the Company and its related companies
- Support the management of guest facilities such as lockers, cabanas, and rental items.
- Support Park activities, games, and guest engagement programs when required
- To support daily administrative department operations reporting for Guest Services
- Assist the Supervisor in Guest Services operations processes and procedures
- Perform any other duties as and when assigned
Requirements
- Higher Nitec/Nitec in hospitality/tourism management
- 1 - 2 years of relevant experience
- Basic computer literacy for ticketing and operational systems
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- A good team player
- Comfortable working in an outdoor environment and able to work on weekends and public holidays
