Job Responsibilities

Engage with business users to comprehensively understand their processes, workflows, and provide insights to build and enhance a new system.
Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical requirements and system specifications.
Identify and analyze existing vs new system technical gaps, pain points and inefficiencies in existing processes that the new system should address.
Work closely with software developers to ensure they understand business requirements and technical specifications.
Provide continuous feedback and clarification to developers during the software development lifecycle.
Participate in design and development discussions to ensure the software meets business needs.
Assist in the creation of user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria for software development.
Ensure that developed software aligns with the documented requirements and business goals.
Identify potential risks and issues during the development process and work with the team to mitigate them.
Plan and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure software meets client requirements.
Collaborate with business users to develop test plans, test cases, and test scripts for thorough validation of software functionality.
Conduct System Integration Testing (SIT) to verify seamless integration with existing systems.
Document and track defects, issues, and enhancements, and work with the development team to resolve them.
Ensure that testing activities are conducted in a timely and efficient manner to meet project deadlines.

Job Requirements

Education & Certification

Diploma or Degree undergraduate

Experience

5 years of working experience
Must be familiar with hospitality solutions and industry practices.

Other Prerequisites

Strong understanding of business process modeling and requirements gathering techniques.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with business users
Ability to analyze complex business problems and provide actionable solutions.
Proficiency in documenting business processes and requirements using standard methodologies.
