Job Responsibilities

  • Engage with business users to comprehensively understand their processes, workflows, and provide insights to build and enhance a new system.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical requirements and system specifications.
  • Identify and analyze existing vs new system technical gaps, pain points and inefficiencies in existing processes that the new system should address.
  • Work closely with software developers to ensure they understand business requirements and technical specifications.
  • Provide continuous feedback and clarification to developers during the software development lifecycle.
  • Participate in design and development discussions to ensure the software meets business needs.
  • Assist in the creation of user stories, use cases, and acceptance criteria for software development.
  • Ensure that developed software aligns with the documented requirements and business goals.
  • Identify potential risks and issues during the development process and work with the team to mitigate them.
  • Plan and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure software meets client requirements.
  • Collaborate with business users to develop test plans, test cases, and test scripts for thorough validation of software functionality.
  • Conduct System Integration Testing (SIT) to verify seamless integration with existing systems.
  • Document and track defects, issues, and enhancements, and work with the development team to resolve them.
  • Ensure that testing activities are conducted in a timely and efficient manner to meet project deadlines.

Job Requirements

Education & Certification

  • Diploma or Degree undergraduate

Experience

  • 5 years of working experience
  • Must be familiar with hospitality solutions and industry practices.

Other Prerequisites

  • Strong understanding of business process modeling and requirements gathering techniques.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with business users
  • Ability to analyze complex business problems and provide actionable solutions.
  • Proficiency in documenting business processes and requirements using standard methodologies.
